It envisions an ecosystem where every resident can attain high-quality credentials regardless of their circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This report aims to assess how New Jersey has progressed toward the goals of this plan, considering societal factors and progress toward improved equity. The report provides insights into policy effectiveness to aid in the strategic development of the State\u2019s higher education ecosystem. The assessment utilizes archival analysis and some interviews with higher education leaders. The research methods involve examining administrative and research reports, conducting a longitudinal study of educational metrics, and performing a comparative analysis of postsecondary attainment in New Jersey and other states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Full report is here<\/em><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n About presenter (short bio)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Nga Le has recently completed a postdoctoral associate position at the New Jersey State Policy Lab, Rutgers University, USA. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Affairs from Florida International University, USA, a Master\u2019s in Development Policy from the KDI School of Public Policy and Management in South Korea, and a Master\u2019s in Public Management and Economics from Universit\u00e9 Libre de Bruxelles. Le is also a former student of the National Economics University. Her recent research concentrates on the impact of government-funded programs on local governments\u2019 behaviors and local public services. Le\u2019s research includes topics such as intergovernmental grant policy, fiscal decentralization, education funding, cash incentive policy, and energy subsidy policy. Le worked as a researcher or managing officer for public agencies and non-profit organizations for over ten years. She has received several awards, including Rising Graduate Scholar by the EDU Ledger and the Akira Nakamura Award for Best Paper at the Asian Association for Public Administration Conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n About series<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n This seminar series is part of the E-PhD Program at National Economics University. It targets PhD students, early-career researchers, and senior faculty who find interested in doing research in the areas of economics, business, management, and other inter-disciplinary fields of social science.
