The seminar was attended by faculty members of the Academic Committee, including: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Ha – Faculty of Economics, Dr. Luong Thai Bao – Institute of Banking and Finance, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Linh – Faculty of Marketing.
During the seminar, PhD candidate Dang Trung Chinh (E-PhD5), majoring in Economics, presented his dissertation topic: Spatio-temporal dependence of corruption in Vietnam.

The research topic "Spatio-temporal dependence of corruption in Vietnam" focuses on analyzing factors influencing corruption from a spatio-temporal dependence perspective. Additionally, the study develops ecological complexity theory to explain the continuously changing nature of corruption across different regions and time periods. The research findings also indicate that, with limited resources, relevant authorities should develop strategies based on the specific characteristics of each region and time period to achieve optimal effectiveness.
This activity aims to ensure the maintenance of an academic exchange environment, helping PhD candidates learn, share knowledge, and exchange research experiences with scientists and other PhD candidates. The seminar took place in a very lively discussion atmosphere.
