
Dr. Tran Huy Phuong
Dr. Tran Huy Phuong has been a university lecturer since 2014. Dr. Phuong worked at Vietnam National University, Hanoi before transferring to the National Economics University (NEU) in 2019. Previously, he had 6 years of experience working in foreign-invested companies.
Dr. Phuong is responsible for teaching Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Labor Economics, and Operations Management for undergraduate and postgraduate students at NEU and other leading universities in Hanoi. He also has experience as a training expert and consultant for foreign companies operating in the field of human resource training and development.
Dr. Phuong's main research areas are human resource management and development, organizational behavior, and business entrepreneurship. His research works have been published in prestigious international journals, such as Asia Pacific Business Review, Management Research Review, and International Journal of Business Excellence.
