Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Hoang Ngan

Associate Professor Vu Hoang Ngan successfully defended her doctoral dissertation at Paris Descartes University (Paris V), France, in 1998. She has nearly 30 years of experience working at the National Economics University (NEU) as a lecturer responsible for Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Organizational Behavior, and Labor Economics.

The Associate Professor currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Human Resource Management at NEU. She is the principal author and co-author of numerous research works in the fields of Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Labor Markets, and Labor Productivity.

In addition to teaching and research activities, the Associate Professor provides short-term training courses and consulting for enterprises related to human resource management. She also supervises research students and serves as a collaborative lecturer for the English-taught Doctoral Program (E-PhD).
