Research Publication Ongoing Mandatory: One research publication in reputable WOS/SCOPUS journals* – Cần có bài báo công bố để Bảo vệ cơ sở
– Tổng điểm các công bố trên Tạp chí (được quy đổi từ 1 điểm trở lên) cần từ 2 điểm trở lên
Institutional Defense Ongoing (per Graduate School regulations) - Students who have presented to Academic Affairs Committee
- Completed YES presentation with publication/publication requirements**
- Completed dissertation manuscript
- Presentation: maximum 30 minutes with feedback session
University-Level Defense Ongoing (per Graduate School regulations) Students who have completed institutional defense

Important Notes:

  1. Topic Title Changes: The University requires that any topic title changes must be reported to the Academic Affairs Committee/Department/Institute with accompanying meeting minutes from the Academic Affairs Committee.
  2. Seminar Attendance: Students must participate in at least 4 seminars per academic year. Specific seminar schedules will be announced separately.
  3. YES Presentation Requirement: YES presentation is mandatory for all doctoral students. Students who have not presented at YES are not eligible for institutional defense. More detailed plans will be announced in advance.
  4. Journal Requirements: WOS/Scopus journals recommended by National Economics University as outlined in Notice 146/TB-ĐHKTQD dated January 23, 2024.
  5. Publication Criteria: Published articles must: (i) have volume, issue, and page numbers; or (ii) be published online on the journal/publisher's website with DOI.
