In his opening address, Associate Professor Dr. Bui Huy Nhuong noted: "This marks the fifth annual seminar of the E-PhD Program, initiated by the E-PhD Program Academic Board. This seminar serves as an academic forum for doctoral students, young faculty, and researchers to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and build research networks. It represents a significant event not only for the National Economics University but for all those passionate about research.

The E-PhD Program has been operational for seven years and currently has 54 doctoral students enrolled. To date, 15 students have successfully defended their doctoral dissertations, and 31 research papers by E-PhD students (as principal authors with NEU affiliation) have been published in prestigious journals. Many other manuscripts and research papers are currently under review. This seminar provides a valuable opportunity for doctoral students to present their research findings before professors, experts, and colleagues, receiving feedback to improve their work. It also serves as an occasion to demonstrate the program's excellence and reinforce NEU's commitment to international academic integration."
